Video Captures Screams From Neighbors As Fire Engulfs Harrisburg Row Homes

A massive fire tore through row homes in Harrisburg Thursday morning, April 11, leaving multiple residents displaced.

The fire broke out on the 600 block of Ross Street, bringing numerous fire companies to the scene around dawn.

Ring footage being circulated by multiple outlets including CBS21 shows neighbors screaming for help as flames spread.

Firefighters initially said the fire was in a row of 12 with six on fire, and one person jumped from the back of the building.

"I can't stand this," one person says on the phone with dispatchers.
